Build & Create - 60-minute session

Service Description

Without judgments we find the freedom to truly create from the heart without inhibitions. Let creative play be the guide as you build and create the artist you want to be. Each session includes a meditation, creative warm up, and creative prompts for play and artistic discovery. These sessions are perfect for you if you are looking to find the artist within. Whether you have lots of experience in art making or none at all, creative play is calling you to let your inner artist free. These sessions will still keep mindfulness as a guide but may include more discussion on materials and techniques as you fall in love with the process. All sessions take place online unless otherwise noted. Please have a means to communicate with video and audio on an online session. Most sessions will take place via Zoom unless otherwise noted. You can request a different video call platform in advance of your session and I will do my best to accommodate. Smartphones are an ok means for sessions but a computer or tablet works a bit better.
