Discover & Reflect - 60-minute session

Service Description

Let meditative art-making guide you into reflection and discovery. Each session includes a meditation, creative warm up, and a creative reflection prompt and discussion. The goal is let meditative art making help you discover your own thoughts and emotions and get carried away into deep focus and reflection. This is perfect if you are looking to find space for reflecting and add more creativity and mindfulness to your life.  All sessions take place online unless otherwise noted. Please have a means to communicate with video and audio on an online session. Most sessions will take place via Zoom unless otherwise noted. You can request a different video call platform in advance of your session and I will do my best to accommodate. Smartphones are an ok means for sessions but a computer or tablet works a bit better.
