Release & Play - 60-minute session

Service Description

Let your body and mind relax with some creative play. Each session includes a meditation, creative warm up, and creative play activity. The goal is to let go of outside stressors by entering meditative art making and letting your mind relax, be in the moment, and enjoy playful art making. This is perfect if you are looking to find space for self-care and add more creativity and mindfulness to your life.  All sessions take place online unless otherwise noted. Please have a means to communicate with video and audio on an online session. Most sessions will take place via Zoom unless otherwise noted. You can request a different video call platform in advance of your session and I will do my best to accommodate. Smartphones are an ok means for sessions but a computer or tablet works a bit better.
